Playing It Small: Why We Do It & How To Stop

There’s a reason we ‘play small’ as women—societal, political, and familial rules of engagement that we have adopted to fill an expected role or course of action. And oftentimes, we aren’t aware of this role and the underlying beliefs that might reinforce us to stay in a place of ‘smallness’.

When we see our own thinking around this, we can become empowered to step into our skills and talents and the ways we get to powerfully serve the world.

Through a series of exercises, course attendees will have the opportunity to discover the external and internal limiting beliefs that create a feeling of tension between how we are showing up in our lives and how we really want to show up in our lives.

At the end of the course, each woman will have the chance to see clearly how she is playing small, why she has been doing so, and will have actionable steps to grow more fully into herself and what she gets to bring into her world when she plays all out.
