That is why this month we have created a curriculum to give women the tools to heal from incidents of sexual assault, to prevent sexual assault in the future, and to make the world a better place for women.

  • In this class we will focus on unwinding held tension and trauma in the body with gentle movement and myofascial release.

    We will give the nervous system the space it needs to safely process these physical stagnations and allow the body to settle into a healthier state of being.

  • There is so much power in our personal thoughts and that power is amplified when we use it collectively to send love and healing to others.

    This class will be a META LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION designed to enhance social connections, strengthen empathy, and increase compassion.

  • In this session, we will learn how to gently revisit events, adding in or taking out details to yield relief from trauma this promoting physical, mental, and emotional healing and a life affirming state of mind.

Adams-Geller’s true passion in life is inspiring and empowering others. She is a dedicated board member of The Womxn of Tomorrow Foundation and the Rape Foundation, on the Board of Councilors for Annenberg School at USC, a member of RAINN's National Leadership Council, a trained volunteer at the Stuart House, and a proud supporter of many other charitable organizations including NEDA and the Advot Project. 

As a survivor herself, Paige is proud to be partnering with Womxn of Tomorrow to continue empowering women to speak up, stay informed, and engage in activism. She believes that we all have a part in preventing sexual violence and it starts within ourselves to create a safe and strong community. Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month is an important time to encourage communication and knowledge on topics that can sometimes be difficult to discuss. Paige’s partnership with WOT will shed light on topics like Denim Day, prevention, education, and therapeutic tactics.
