Womxn of Tomorrow yoga has been designed by mental health facilitator Shea Carter to help create an awareness in the body that allows for vulnerability, honesty, healing and awareness

When the body is un-inflamed and open it is more capable of problem solving and integrating new information. Shea is a contracted mindfulness coach at the world renown Onsite Workshops and runs her own wellness business which infuses yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy work. This yoga series is thoughtfully designed so you get the most out of your attendance in every class WOT has to offer.
