Take a deep breath...and let it all go. Join us in this virtual sound bath, where you will begin with setting an intention for the unique practice. Emani will then lead you through restorative yoga poses while meditating on the breath. The breath can allow us to switch from the sympathetic nervous system of fight or flight to the parasympathetic nervous system of rest and restore. Then, once in a comfortable position, you will be offered a sound bath that will relax and restore your mind, body, and soul.
Take care of your body, it’s the only home you have.
