Self-Care Lymphatics

In this session, we will cover the basic function of the lymph system and you will learn self-care techniques. Lymph movement plays a vital role in well-being and you can easily support a healthy lymphatic flow at home. This information will not cover a compromised system or lymphatic disease and is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical concerns.

We will discuss and do guided movement together, so please prepare a space where you can move freely and also lie down. If laying on your back is uncomfortable, please have a comfortable place to sit. Wear a V-neck top, have paper, and 3 different colors of pen or markers. Just by bringing your awareness, you are already on the way to getting to know your lymphatic flow, let’s deepen this exploration together!
