How to Feel Safe in Your Body

Embodying Safety - this is a transformative class designed for women to learn somatic and mental strategies for feeling secure and resilient. Participants will engage in exercises and discussions around reconnecting with their bodies, managing triggers, and establishing boundaries, using somatic and mental health techniques. The course also addresses common misconceptions around sexual abuse and trauma, fostering a supportive and informative environment.
